No, just find out how it happened the best you can, and then try like hell to
make sure it never happens again, based on the information you got from your
investigation. Whether the Chinese cooperate or not, we should "investigate"
the best we can. But nah, because the Joe Regime doesn't want the poor people
to know the truth.
