Not necessarily.  I think you can be pro- something (except maybe white!)
and not be considered anti- everything else.  That said, it depends on the
person.  If they find offense in someone claiming, "yes that is true
because all lives matter," then I see a possible double-standard.

Leftist usually are for what gets Democrats elected.

I am not sure if that is true or not, but I am sure they capitalized on the
attention they got during the Summer of 2020.
