No, it isn't. "Most" means "more than half, but not all."

It's not my word choice that's the problem; it's that you're wrong.

Saying "all" is generalizing, and is very dangerous as well as easy to
disprove if just one exception can be found. And that's why I think you're
frustrated by my use of the word "most:" It allows for exceptions and so
cannot be disproven by a single exception. You have no cheap defense against
that because the facts are not on your side.
