How about:
His attempts to stay in power by:
 fomenting an armed sedition,
 efforts to send false electors to Congress, and
 pressuring states to modify their vote count.

His violation of document retention laws, including highly classified
documents.

He was twice impeached but not found guilty because of partisan
politics.
