There's no reason for Biden not to run. He's been good to the leftists.

The only thing that might stop him is if he accidentally destroys too much USA
before the 2024 election; if there's no USA left to destroy in 2024, he would
actually have no reason to run for re-election because his mission will have
already been accomplished early.
