Those are a good start.

That is also how I would take it, but I am not hoping to change said
structure into something more socialist.  If I were, I am sure I would find
bad-sounding reasons for why it needs to be changed.

It is also not perfect, and there are some changes that even conservatives
seem to call for, like term limits.
