It still sounds anti-semetic.  Aaron doesn't like Soros because of his
reputation.  Soros happens to be Jewish so, in your mind, Aaron saying he
doesn't like Soros is anti-semetic.

Meanwhile, you used the supposed fact that the idea of scapegoats originated
with the Hebrews as a way to cast doubt on the opinion the Israeli government
also has of Soros because they are Hebrews.

That sounds more anti-semetic to me.
