Perhaps others are to share in the blame. Comey did announce a new
investigation very close to the election and, whether or not Trump colluded,
Russia did interfere in the election.

You seem open to the idea that the Mar-a-Lago raid was a political move aimed
at the midterms; why do you reject Clinton's claim that the announcement of
an investigation hurt her chances?
