A few points to made here. 
The deceptiveness that "WE" on the Right, are talking about had nothing to do
with the ever growing immigration problem. 
It had to do with pundits - so called experts, that were giving their analysis
on the vote count on election night and some of those, sounded a bit too much
supporters of the Democratic party.

What is the difference between refugees seeking asylum from corrupt countries
with no opportunity for their families - which is why "they" are coming here
to the U.S. but the "Land of the Free" does not mean that everything is free,
but democrats sure do try their best to make that a reality. 
Why would that be Jeff? 
Are they hoping that these people become new democrats themselves? 
No one does nothing for nobody unless there is something in it for them.
