He acknowledged that he could not, and he never tried. Aside from that, all
presidents have advisors, and many have consulted with former presidents from
both sides of the aisle. There are even photos of Trump being brought up to
speed by Obama.

Obama is not the president.

Obama would be a good resource for advice on presidential matters. However,
he is not on Biden's staff and has not been particularly active in Biden's
administration, if at all.
