Obama once said that he would like to run for a third term but, since he
could not, that he would like to have someone else who would run and be the
face of the office while he was the one in the background actually getting
things done.

Since he came right out and said it...

So now of course some believe that the "someone else" in Obama's scenario
could be Biden.
