You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.

Now that I'm approaching 40 years in my career, I'm often called upon to mentor
younger employees.  I've found that you can't tell someone something -
especially if they think they already know.  The only way you can really make
them learn is to lead them and let them "discover" it for themselves.

Those are the extremes, but yes.  In my local area, I've encountered too many
"pastors" who are extremely woke.
