That, plus a good number (but not most) of members.

Churches seemed to be were some of the Elitists like to be and tell everyone
how so much more devout they are.  Virtue signalling has been around for a
long, long time.

I don't go to mass anymore because I don't want to deal with the high levels of
BS that they push.  But that may be more of how the churches in my area have
turned away.

Trust in god...  But tie up your horse.

I find that working through a solution to a problem, and not getting bogged
down in "oh, woe is me!" answers my prayers at about the same rate.
