Subj : Understanding electricity companies in the rest of the world To : Bjrn Felten From : Lee Lofaso Date : Sat Jul 16 2022 19:49:22 Hello Björn, LL>> What do you mean "one of the most corrupt"? LL>> The USA has the best politicians money can buy. LL>> What other country(s) can compete for that title? LL>> Is there any other country that can even come close? LL>> Please. Do tell. BF> Well, corruption is a complex phenomenon and can occur on different scales. BF> Corruption ranges from small favours between a small number of people BF> (petty corruption), to corruption that affects the government on a large BF> scale (grand corruption), and corruption that is so prevalent that it is BF> part of the everyday structure of society, including corruption as one of BF> the symptoms of organized crime (systemic corruption). (from Wikipedia) Wikipedia doesn't even have a clue as to what levels the USA is capable of. For example, Cindy Hutchinson recently testified before the January 6 Select Committee about the antics that went on on that fateful day, including what the secret service did. Since she did so in public, everybody knows about it. What happened next is where it gets wild. The secret service deleted all text messages so that no evidence could be found by the J6 select committee, right after the J6 select committee issued a subpoenae for those records. BF> In many respects, USA *is* probably #1, but not in all. Yet. The Select Committee has been informed that the USSS erased text messages from January 5 and 6, 2021 as part of a “device-replacement program.” In a statement issued July 14, 2022, the USSS stated that it “began to reset its mobile phones to factory settings as part of a pre-planned, three-month system migration. In that process, data resident on some phones was lost.” However, according to that USSS statement, “none of the texts it [DHS Office of Inspector General] was seeking had been lost in the migration.” Accordingly, the Select Committee seeks the relevant text messages, as well as any after action reports that have been issued in any and all divisions of the USSS pertaining or relating in any way to the events of January 6, 2021. A copy of document production definitions and instructions is attached. Please contact staff for the Select Committee at xxx-xxx-xxxx to arrange for the production of documents. What happens if the secret service fails to comply? Remember, this is not the Trump administration any more. The secret service falls under the DHS (Department of Homeland Security). Comply or be fired. Assuming the Biden administration has any balls. BF> Corruption is not only about money, it can also be about power, albeit the BF> one usually tends to lead to the other. But at least the citizens of the BF> USA still have a theoretical chance to turn the tide. So not #1. Yet. At some point one has to put up or shut up. Let's see if the secret service finds those records, and gives them to the J6 select committee. Let's see what happens if they refuse. BF> As someone said, one measure of corruption could be body-fat amongst the BF> lawmakers -- that at least covers the former Soviet Union and North Korea. BF> Trump may be a sign... Well, aside from the high cholesterol levels (and a few other things) he is a picture of perfect health. For Life, Lee -- The people! Unite!
