None of the ones I know of offer breakfast.  OTOH, I was talked into trying
a McDonald's or Taco Bell breakfast burrito once.  I would NOT recommend
them!  ;)

I may have misquoted her.  I thought she said burritos but, now that you
mention it, it may have been tacos.  A lot of the folks poking fun at her
since have been using images of her eating tacos.  You are right, I have
never heard of a breakfast taco before.  If one of the above mentioned
restaurants ever starts serving one, I will NOT be tempted to try it.
