Democrat officials or democrat voters? I'm confused; was there a time when
Democrats were the ones trying to help the American people? And when they
found out they were lied to, then they switched to Republican?

I'm sorry if that's not what you mean. I'm trying to understand this, but I am
not up to date with stuff that happened so far back.
