No I was stating it was the other way around, these blue areas are
metropolitan. They are dem controlled strongholds. Why are they democrat? 
Why do African Americans in large numbers vote Democrat, they have never
received anything of significance, what they have been promised w/ a better way
of life by the dems, 
less crime, better schools, more opportunities for employment - whatever
might be the cotton candy flavor of the moment but it never seems to come to
fruition, and yet they continue to vote democratic.

I do not know about you Dale, but if someone promised me something, and then
didn't deliver; a better way of life, or whatever it was. I would never trust
them again.
