Hello Martin!

With the help of someone else's keen eyes, I noticed that Winpoint does not use 
the correct TZUTC offset based on local time.

For example, this message will contain TZUTC 0500, but should really be TZUTC 
-0500 based on my actual time zone.

Looking back at the messages you created with Winpoint, your TZUTC figure is 
0100.  But since you are located in the UK, the offset should be 0000.

Is there a place in Winpoint where we can adjust the TZUTC or GMT settings?
