Hi Martin.. Hop over to an echo such as TEST or FIDONEWS.  You will find more 
3-initial names there (most from the euro-zones.  Try some test replies in OXP 
and you will then surely be able to reproduce the problem.  :)

I can work around the problem be re-editing manually, but I simply avoid 
striking up a conversation with 3-initial people to save work!  <g>

Alternatively, I can use a stand-alone requoter called ReformatorQuoter (which 
I discover recently) to do the hard part.  I'll post something about that 
later.
