[1] Whilst in the message list in your Netmail folder, cursor over a    
    message and press the "#" key.

[2] Whilst reading a Netmail, press the "#" key.

[3] In the addressbook, cursor over a contact, press <Enter> to bring   
    up the message list, cursor over a message and then press the "#"   
    key.
