Ctrl+Y is something I only used here in oxp.

In Winpoint, I just select the lines with Shift+Up/DownArrow keys, and  
then press DEL.  At least that method is consistent everywhere, sofar.

But the Ctrl+Y in Winpoint as you have described above is a bit annoying,  
agreed!  Add another tick for its buggyness list.  :(

I really like Winpoint's appearance over Apoint.  But it is tough to  
settle on Winpoint if these odd things crop up.

How goes your bolting an external editor in Winpoint?
