I did a quick test in my Win7 64-bit. The setup just need to Run as Admin.
Appears to run ok too.  It looks a bit different from the APoint I thought  
I used in the past.

Thanks for doing that.  I will have to give this baby a test run shortly.  
Meanwhile, is there any reason why you left the following commented out:

# TCP settings. Leave these unchanged if not sure.
#
#iport binkp
#oport binkp
#oblksize 4096
#timeout 60
#connect-timeout 300

Don't they need to be uncommented to operate?
