I wonder if an online guide might be a good solution.  That way, if a  
change is needed, update a section on the website, and you don't need to  
re-distribute a new document (and older copies out there), just refer  
people to a website.   Maybe I can help.  With WordPress it would be  
really easy.

BUT..  just asking *you* for help directly is not that bad either!  LOL
