However, the included version of BinkD is *very* old(0.9.7), so I've replaced it in my own setup with a newer version(1.1a-49). As I'm a bit "rusty" with BinkD, I'm not sure if I actually need any of these utilities at all. Having had a look at the .dof files, it looks as though the original was compiled with Delphi. As I'm not a programmer, I wouldn't know where to start with setting up a more modern build environment(Lazarus perhaps?). So, the answer to your question is "no".
