IPRoute was written by Volker Imre. From IPRoute there are no sourcecodes
available. Also Volker has left fidonet about 10 years ago.
There is an alternative, called tiroute. If something won't work with tiroute
and fido deluxe, send me a detailed bugreport, and I will fix/change it.
