(Sheesh..  Ctrl K Y for a block delete?  I am not sure if I will remember  
all these editing codes!)

Meanwhile, it looks like the packer settings where the problem.  A  
previous message looks like it went out. If this next message gets out,  
then this thing can now operate.

It was not obvious that UPLOADS packer could be empty, *but* DOWNLOADS  
packer could not.

This program is quite a "puzzle" to keep the brain active.
