I sent an area list request yesterday but I haven't seen anything yet.

I received a few new messages from others in this echo, but none of my posts 
show up.

What am I missing? Would it be the packer config?  My uplink does not need 
compressed packets.  Therefore, I used the "copy $PUFFER $UPFILL" and "copy 
$DOWNFILE $PUFFER" offerings.

How do I create an area manually?
