Here is what I am seeing.

abeck@abeck-linux:/usr/local/lib/openxp/bin$ ls
openxp
abeck@abeck-linux:/usr/local/lib/openxp/bin$ cd openxp
bash: cd: openxp: Not a directory
abeck@abeck-linux:/usr/local/lib/openxp/bin$ xp
xp: error while loading shared libraries: libpanelw.so.5: cannot open shared 
object file: No such file or directory
abeck@abeck-linux:/usr/local/lib/openxp/bin$ openxp
openxp: error while loading shared libraries: libpanelw.so.5: cannot open 
shared object file: No such file or directory
abeck@abeck-linux:/usr/local/lib/openxp/bin$ cd /usr/local/bin
abeck@abeck-linux:/usr/local/bin$ ls
apt  gnome-help  highlight-mint  mint-sha256sum  openxp  search  xp  yelp
