Yes, you can already do that.

I've configured the <Right-Arrow> key to jump to the next message and  
configured the <Left-Arrow> key to jump to the previous message. The  
configuration is done in "Config -> Keys -> Macros". If you play about  
with this, you must be VERY careful because it can be VERY destructive!
