Ctrl+R = Reply to sender
Ctrl+K = Reply to recipient

Readers of the forwarded message need to know where the message was forwarded 
from, who the sender was, who the recipient was and so on and so forth. If 
there isn't a working Forward template, all that info needs to be inserted 
manually at the top of the message body.
