The reason why they're 5D in OpenXP is that 5D is the default setting and I've
never seen the need to change it. Interestingly, OpenXP can be configured for
either 5D or 4D. If configured for 5D, it will present 5D AKA's to the remote
system and insert 5D addresses in the MSGID's. If configured for 4D, it will
present 4D AKA's to the remote system and insert 4D addresses in the MSGID's.
