Huh?  Your "boss" nodes are point nodes?  Now, that's a bit interesting. 
OR.. do you mean 2:250.1, 2:240/2188 and 2:310/31 are your Boss nodes?

If Winpoint can be configured with a Boss node (or Uplink in this case) as 
another point system, then that's interesting.

The difference between -
[1] Options/Uplinks:Fidostyle Uplinks, and 
[2] Options/Uplinks:Systems 

...and their purpose is not clear to me.  For me, they have the same entry info: 
2:221/1
