There is a 32bit PKZIP from PKWARE but it wasn't widely used. The command
lines were different.

The filename is pk250c32.exe but I'd recommend you go with a 32 or 64bit zip
and unzip from the InfoZip people.

There are 32 and 64bit zip and unzip files here, along with the above 32bit
PKZIP.
