Subj : 7zip To : Alan Ianson From : Alan Beck Date : Thu Apr 23 2020 07:40:47 Alan, Yes, I think it does. At least in the GUI. The second I intstalled a trial of winzip my system was hijacked by it. But, it won't do a CLUI. BTW everyone, 7zip did work. It worked on the first instance I used "7z e nodelist.Z03". The others resulted in 0 byte files. Anyhow, I tripped over the unzipped file when I was trolling around for something else. Now I will try it in the OpenXP. I hope it works. Alan AI> Hello Alan, AB>> 7z e nodelist.z08 AB>> results in AB>> Nodelist.108 (0 bytes) AB>> Isn't that enough to drive you dippy. AI> Doesn't the Windows file manager support zip natively? AI> But zip and unzip from the command line should be easy to use (I think).
