Make sure you have your session password correctly configured.  The  
password may be case-sensitive.   OpenXp can manage a case.  Maybe your  
Boss requires/assumes all uppercase?

What do you mean "took that"?

Edit/Servers/Edit/Point is the key location for the session password for  
your Boss.  You shouldn't need to change anything else in there that the  
Quick-Guide didn't mention.

You should also look inside OXP's logs on your side for clues.
