Sorry to hear this.

I have it running on Mageia5(KDE) and Mint18.2(KDE) and I cannot reproduce  
the problem on either distro. Can you please tell me which distro you're  
running it on, thanks.

Can you see anything in ~/.openxp/debuglog.txt which may indicate what the  
problem might be?

Has OpenXP created an ERROR.TXT file in ~/.openxp
If it has, can you see anything in there which might be useful?
