Hmmm..

I think it may only occur after oxp processes another nodelist diff (that  
is, the main fidonet one)  Then meanwhile, when it sees an other-net  
(full) nodelist matching one of the dummy names in the config, it goes  
nuclear as it searches for the "diff" that doesn't exist.

So.. I think, we must await the next delivery of the nodelist for the  
primary server.
