Thanks for pointing that out. I was wondering why the message count hadn't 
changed when I knew that new messages should have arrived since last time.

Having the user explicitly select "7." for receiving  (and "8." for sending) is 
good procedure to get accustomed to this webpoint environment where the user is 
totally responsible for processing the incoming and outgoing messages.

It is not much different when using OpenXP where we explicitly "poll" to move 
messages.
