Wow.  I missed that the first time. Apparently there are four "pages" of help 
options in the reading window.   Alt-S was on the second page.  Not being 
familiar with GoldEd, I was just using the Up/Down arrow keys to go through the 
help screen. So many options in GoldEd. Insane.
