This part is made very badly indeed.
First it ignores ANYTHING not in CAPS.

I think the first is how many lines to ignore. (introduction info without real 
areas)
Then it is simply column where the areaname is and column where the description 
is.

But areaname needs to be CAPS.

As far as I remember.
