I believe that it was in what you call the "online help", that deleting  
the .IX1 files would help matters.  In this, case it did not.  Oxp rebuilt  
the IX1 files the next time the program was launched.

I dunno.  At that point I was just frustrated that the PKTs didn't get  
tossed and oxp locked up.

Oxp locked up.

According to the DEBUG log file, there was none!
