In an ideal world, yes, it should but as OpenXP has always used the  
same message template for Quote Replies and for Comment Replies, it  
doesn't do that.

As does mine and when I do a Comment Reply, I change the greeting line  
manually in the message editor but I sometimes forget to change it.
