Indeed. On my linux machine I get:

# gpg --list-secret-keys
/home/wilfred/.gnupg/secring.gpg
....

Just use:

# gpg --export-secret-keys --armor
-----BEGIN PGP PRIVATE KEY BLOCK-----
....

And import the result on your other machine(s).
