I've noticed this as well.  No new messages in SCICHAT since Feb 28th & last 
packet I got from Diskshop was on Mar 2nd.  Likewise I can poll him ok and 
send packets, but nothing seems to get any further than there.

I logged into Nick's system and verified he has the same messages I do, so 
something seems to have fallen over.

I know Frank gets busy from time-to-time and will give it a swift kick when 
he's able.
