Multimail is quite good and is still baing maintained - there was an update
last year.  There's a couple of Bluewave features that I'd like in Multimail,
like the ability to search your tagline file when choosing one, but overall, I
am happy with Multimail.  Currently, I use it on Windows and Linux.
