Well if you can still charge it up then it sounds like (in theory) it should
still work.

I'm going to have to dig out the GURL for those freqencies to recall what
channels they are operating on and if any of my gear handles them.

I'm hoping to set up some sort of gateway via packet radio to provide HAMs
with access to Agency BBS. But not 100% sure if I can do it and if the
software that would allow me to do so is even available. It seems like
Synchoronet BBS will support an AX.25 style connection but Mystic (at
present) does not :-(
