The MO flag is a relic from the POTS age. In the IP age it does not mean al that much since any BBS will not be on the same "channel" as the mailer.

What is there to test? It is not a valid telephone number. For decades "300" means "do not call POTS". There are no modem flags. So how do I connect to this node?
