Not just that, it violates the rule that non POTS callable systems should be listed as "300". "300" is used as a signal meaning "do not attempt to call me POTS".

Listing points as "9600" probably won't hurt since no one would attempt to POTS call a point anyway these days, but it has no benefits either. So I say it is a "nono".
