Hi All,

The new RC12 is now official:
Region,12,RC_Eastern_Canada,ON_PQ_NB_PE_NS_NF,Jason_Sedora,-Unpublished-,300,CM,INA:51.79.35.37,IBN,PING,TRACE

In net 229 the node and hub of Frank Linhares are no longer listed as Down. I'm (still) getting a timeout on trying to connect, so that seems so be premature!

The '-Unpublished' for node 450 has been fixed.

New node in net 266:
,420,The_Digital_Post,Wilmington_DE,Scott_Street,-Unpublished-,300,CM,INA:digitalpost.freeddns.org,IBN
On both IPv4 and IPv6 a timeout on trying to connect.
