Hello All,

A number of changes in the Z2PNT list, this week, that warrant a report.

The software used to create Z2PNT has been updated:

A section about the GDPR has been added in the prolog. I suspect it's a copy/paste from somewhere, because it only mentions sysops, not points.

New addition to the version history in the prolog:

;A Starting #169/21 the irregular use of a TCP flag (relating to IP capable
;A systems) is prohibited. TCP relates to online hours. TCP online hours
;A time flag indicates online hours 02:00 UTC upto 15:00 UTC.
;A Thats very unusual, especialy every second pointlist entry offers these

But I think a bug was introduced regarding this, because every Txx flag has been removed from this weeks list...
